Class Evaluation

Class Evaluation
1.What I best liked about this class is that they teach us how to become someone in life and how to get there; they also teach me how to achieve and reach my goals in the future. I also liked that I was able to learn new things and be able to do think I didn't I was capable of doing.

2. What I disliked about this class was that we had some rude and loud people in this class.

3. I would recommend to not to put student in this class that just come to play and not to learn. I would also recommend to have more free time and listen to music while doing our work. I would recommend to make this class more fun.

4. My highlight for me in this class was learning how to do websites and create a weekly. It was fun learning to do new things.

5. I think I gave all my potential and worked hard throughout this semester. I think I did my best I could. My work may not represent my potential but I did everything I had to do.

6. I read and write on my life planning notebook. I tend to always read them to achieve my goals and succeed them.

7. I am committed to be a CTR person and seeking Development because I try to help others when they need my help. I also like seeing people smile and achieving their goal they have set.

The 10 Keys to Personal Power

Brian Tracy
Key 1: Clarity
"Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you're going. If you do not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do."
Not knowing what do in life can affect you in the future. Not being clear with tings can be frustrating and stressing. People who have clear knowing what they want to do and have a future planned out are more happy and are stress free. Your success in life determines how clear you have your ideas and how you plan to achieve your goals. If you don't plan out or don't have a clear a mindset of what you for yourself it will be hard for you to achieve in life. You're the only person who can determine your future and goals you have yourself.

Key 2:Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
They always the harder you work and push yourself, you will always get a better reward. You will always have opportunities in life and you should never reject them. The best way you could be better is when you use your time wisely in things you can improve on. You should always be confident, have a purpose in life, and a good mindset to achieve. You should never say that you can't do anything until you have tried hard enough. having a negative attitude can be bad because you will always look at things from the dark side instead of the bright side.

Key 3: Concentration
"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself "Is this the best use of my time?" before you start anything."

Key 4: Common Sense
  • Train your mind
  • Think things through
  • listen to your intuition
  • learn from setback
Common sense is the good sense and the judgement in practical patterns. This is like saying something obvious but in another expression. To have common sense you need to be open minded and have some sense of humor. Not everyone has common sense so when you want to tell them something you have to say it straight up what it really means. Just because you're smart doesn't mean that you'll have common sense, anyone can have common sense in this world.

Key 5: Creativity
"Except the fact that every human is a genius. The hallmark of creativity is asking questions. The people who are most creative ask the most questions."
Creativity is using your imagination or coming up with your own ideas. Being creative can be fun, interesting, and amazing. Being creative can help you see things positively and with more meaning to it. It can also help you learn new things and it can help you see things differently, from a different perspective. "Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator. Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."
"If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you'll be the best educated person in history."
Consideration is when you take someone's feeling or advice. This means that you respect others no matter what. You always be with them no matter what their decision is. You try to understand them and give them advice. You put other people's feelings before yours. This can also you give others what they can't have or help them out without asking for something in return.

Key 7: Consistency
"Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."
"Be consistent in your relationship, your family, friends, your boss, your work. Be the person that people can depend upon. That if you say you'll do something you do it.."
Consistency is when you keep trying without giving up. You have to build trust and open yourself up to other people. This can lead you to success in life. This can help you become someone's life and have a bright future. Consistency is persisting to want something or to get something finished.

Key 8: Commitment
"No success is possible without commitment. The ability to commit yourself wholeheartedly is the basis of achieving all success."
"Become totally absorbed in your work. Be totally committed."
Committed means the state of being dedicated to do something in life. Being committed can be hard because it requires a lot from you. But if you have passion something or love something or someone you'll be committed and you will try not to mess up. Being committed is something big because you have to be loyal and give it everything you have. Committed is what turns promises into reality. There are no excuses when you're committed something. You will give you all yout time, passion, and motivation. You can make a commitment if you know that you are not going to do it. It makes you like an irresponsible person and a quitter. You should never be committed to something if you know that you are not going to go through with it all the way.

Final Reflection:
1) How can they benefit you?
2) Which keys are you applying now, and what difference are they making in your life?
3) How will you incorporate the other keys into your Life Planning plan?
This 10 keys can benefit me by making me a better person and being able to succeed my goal I have set for myself. These 10 keys are good for achieving goals and future life achievement. This keys have taught me to pursue my goals and never give up. I have to keep trying no matter what comes through my way. I am mostly applying all the 10 keys right now because I have noticed that I have became a better person and I don't give up easily like I use to do. The key I need to apply in my life is confidence because that is one thing I don't have. I think confidence is one of the most powerful things you will need in life. I will incorporate the other key to my Life Planning by setting a goal to myself and not giving up on it.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Habit 1: Be Proactive
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first it says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the diver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."

Being proactive means that you decide how you want your life to be. You decide if want to be happy or not, successful or not, be someone or not. Everything you decide to do will determine your future and your success. You are the person who leads the way of your future and goals you have set for yourself. No one else can determine your future only you can. You decide everything you want to be in life and how you do it.

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)
"When you know where you intend to end up, you know where you are now." (Covey)

Begin with the end in mind means you create your own destiny or have goals that you want to accomplish. This means that you know what you want in the future and what you will do to get there. If you don't create your own destiny someone else you will create it for you. You should create your pathway in life because what if you don't like what they have for you in life.

Habit 3: Put First Things First
"Organize and execute and around priorities."
To put first things first that you put whatever is really important to you before anything else. You should always put your priorities first before anything or anyone else because they are important and can sometimes determine your future. You should put first what you have to do then what you want to do. For example first you study for a test instead of you wanting to go out with your friends.

Habit 4: Think Win-Win
"Think win-win or no deal."
To think win-win means to always think positive and to look at the good side. People always tend to think they are going to fail doing something instead of thinking that they will do good and get something good out of it. In order for you to always win in something you have to want that win and give it your best in everything. A win-win also means that you don't only think about yourself but also about what others needs or wants. A win-win does not mean that you will win a trophy or medal, it means that you will win something in your heart.

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to Be Understood

"Diagnose before you Prescribe."
To seek first to understand then to be understood means that first you have to understand the things or the reason for why it happens in order for you to be understood. In order to do this habit you have to have good listening and communications skills.  You have to listen to others so they can help you understand something. You also have to try to understand their points of view and respect their opinions. You must put yourself in their situation so you could understand them better and be able to help them.

Habit 6: Synergize

This means that you have be good this others and have a good relationship. It is always better to work in team or with other people so things can come out better. When you work as a team everything comes out better because other people give opinions on what they or how to make it better. Getting along with others is very important because that's how a friendship starts and get to know people. You also value other people's opinions and  you value them as a person. Working as a team you come p with more solutions and get more things done together.  When you begin to interact together genuinely and people open up to each other's influence they begin to gain trust.

You're able to face challenges and get over them without any problem. This also means that you renew yourself and you become a better person.
